Flexpanel may process personal data about you because you use Flexpanel services, and/or because you provide it to Flexpanel yourself when filling out forms. Flexpanel may process the following personal data:

Flexpanel processes your personal data to contact you if you so request, and/or to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or by post) for notifications and news reports, among other things. In addition, Flexpanel may use your personal data in connection with the performance of a contract of assignment concluded with you.

Flexpanel will not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected. Your data will not be kept longer than necessary if no agreement is concluded with you.

Flexpanel will only provide your personal data to third parties if necessary for the performance of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.

The Flexpanel website records general visit data, including the IP address of your computer and the time of retrieval and data sent by your browser. These data are used for analysis of visiting and clicking behavior on the website. Flexpanel uses this information to improve the operation of the website. These data are anonymized as much as possible and are not provided to third parties.

Flexpanel uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website and how effective Flexpanel's Adwords ads are on Google search result pages.
The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Please read Google's privacy policy for more information. You will also find Google Analytics' privacy policy here.
Google uses this information to track how our website is used, to provide reports on the Website to Flexpanel and to provide its advertisers with information on the effectiveness of their campaigns. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or to the extent that these third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Flexpanel has no influence on this. Flexpanel has not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained through Flexpanel for other Google services.

You have the right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to info@flexpanel.com. Flexpanel will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Flexpanel takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. The Flexpanel website uses a reliable SSL Certificate to ensure that your personal data is not in the wrong hands.
